A follow up to the Fisher Price toy recall is out this morning. It seems that the guy in China who was responsible hung himself. Gee, I wouldn't want to be a corporate worker in China. Zhang Shuhong, a Hong Kong businessman in his 50s and boss of the Lida Toy Company in the southern province of Guangdong, was found dead in his factory workshop. First, the food recall guy gets executed, now this. I guess this guy didn' t want to take a chance that he'd be next.
I think we have another reason to love America, we don't execute people for their corporate blunders. ;) At least not yet....look at Enron.
