
I found this very interesting that if people only did a few easy things on a regular basis, they will be able to improve their health so much that it will save over 100,000 lives per year.
It is hard sometimes to remember, also, that we are role models for our children. So try these for their sakes as well.

- Take a low dose of aspirin daily (consult with your doctor
- Quit smoking - find help to do this if necessary.
- Get colorectal screenings (do it before age 50 if you have family history of problems, or sooner).
- Get mammograms and perform self-checks for breast cancer. Get an annual flu shot.
None of this will work if we don't do them. When you read this, pick up the phone and call to make your appointments.
